San Mateo, California, based IntelePeer Inc., has raised an amount of $18 million the third round of funding. The company provides hosted on demand rich media communications. The current round was led by the VantagePoint Venture Partners and was participated by backers including Kennet Venture Partners, NorthCap Partners and EDF Ventures.
