Innerfence recently released a new iPhone app that brings a business solution. The Credit Card Terminal turns your iPhone into a mobile virtual terminal for charging customers’ credit cards. The co-founder of Innerfence Derek Del Conte told us that the app is targeted specifically at mobile merchants and is priced at $49.99. It works on iPod Touch as well, with the 2.0 firmware update. You need to start off by making a Authorize.net account though after which you can make transactions through SSL protection encryption.

This is a great new technology. I think using Ipod, merchants will be much quicker in processing the sales transaction. I hope that it would lessen referred transaction as well.
