Iffbyphone, a telephone automation application company that helps businesses improve their customer support services has introduced its first BlackBerry app. The new app provides features like conference calling and voice broadcast messaging to BlackBerry users. This would let users create groups out of their contacts for conference calls and Iffbyphone will additionally provide the first 100 minutes of use per month to those who use the service. In order to use the conference calling function a BlackBerry user creates a list of participants from among his or her stored contacts and can then initiate an impromptu conference call immediately or schedule a future call, all with one click. In a press release, CEO Irv Shapiro stated:

We are thrilled to deliver Ifbyphone for the BlackBerry, giving millions of BlackBerry users a simple and free conference and broadcasting tool. This is the first application of its kind and another example of Ifbyphone’s continued innovation in the wireless space.
