Ifbyphone, provider of phone automation services to improve their customer conversations and lower costs will be announcing  its first cloud telephony service partnership. This partnership will be with Longview, Texas based Network Communications to provide advance telephone automation apps. With this, carriers will be able to connect with Ifbyphone and further expand their services with features likes, Call Tracking, Voice Broadcasting, Store Locator and Lead Distributor. I guess the launch of SIP trunking earlier has definitely paved way for Ifbyphone to further its reach in the telephony market.
