What was thought to be solid deal has at last ended in nothing. We are talking about the Sun Microsystems buyout by IBM for an estimated $6.5 billion before IBM re-calculated the per share price and had it coming down from $10 to $9. The latest reports state that Sun didn’t comply to IBM’s terms leading to the deals withdrawal.
