Mark Papermaster will be cursing to sign the contract with IBM as it stands like wall from letting him work at Apple. The lawyers at IBM’s end are bent at figuring out more clauses that they can use against him while he obeys Federal District Judge, Kenneth Karas’ orders and puts a halts his work at Apple.

This leaves him in the middle of nowhere as he cant return to IBM while waiting for the decision. Folk at Apple have given their word that he can return to Apple once everything is settled. Let’s hope that IBM doesn’t outwit the law and leave him lost.
