To me HTC is synonymous to respect. Not only because it is powered by my favorite mobile OS, the Android but also because for the fact that the design and functionality of the device is superb. I have tried the HTC powered by both the Windows Mobile and the Android and honestly the hardware has never disappointed me. Of course the HTC Desire has been an ultimate favorite I think I rushed in too early to buy HTC Desire as I am envying the upcoming models from the device. Particularly the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z, both powered by the Android mobile OS.
I am excited, eager to get my hands on either of these devices particularly the HTC Desire HD that boasts a mammoth 4.3 inch LCD display, Dolby Mobile and SRS virtual sound. Plus it is the first mobile powered by the new 1GHz Qualcomm 8255 Snapdragon processor and has 720p HD video recording capabilities. It also boasts an 8 Megapixel camera with dual flash. I bet this would greatly improve the photography with the HTC device especially because I am not impressed by the camera result of my HTC Desire that has a 5MP camera.
Coming over to the HTC Desire Z, I guess this device is going to be a hit for those who find it impossible to live without the physical keyboard. The device has a pop hinge QWERTY keyboard to aid quicker typing without making your device look ugly. The HTC Desire Z also boasts 720p HD video recording capabilities with a 5MP camera and automatic flash. It is powered by Qualcomm’s 7230, 800 MHz processor to enhance battery life and give an optimum performance.
Both the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z will be available in the European and the Asian markets by Mid October. I don’t need to mention that both of them have already won my vote.
