They can further improve it by letting users make their account in order to keep track of the file(s) they have uploaded. However that account should not be mandatory for paid service only. Furthermore they can also provide an option of sharing the file with others. This option should be available for everyone, even for those who don’t want to sign up. This way people will start sharing files and others will automatically come to know about the service. Over all the site is fine and we hope to see it get better soon.
