Pleasanton, California, based mobile software developer, HipLogic, has rolled out a new kit for mobile software developers. The new kit will let developers to work with the virtual operating systems and also customize phones in a new dimension. The new platform will allow the wireless carries to transmit content to any phone, irrespective of its type and network. The company which has raised $4.5 million in the Series A last January, is expected to launch the product on commercial basis after getting feedback from initial users, next year.
