With this artists can place the widget right on their websites that shows their Facebook status, the number of fans they have and the Become a Fan button. This is definitely a huge step forward to help fans and celebrities better collaborate with each other as well as help celebrities leverage their massive fan following on the social network to market their work. That’s more like giving celebrities more control over their fanbase and is Facebook worried? Not at all, as long as everything is being done the Facebook way.
