TuitionU acquired GreenNote.Inc for an undisclosed amount. GreenNote assists students to connect with social networks and obtain loans for their studies. The ideology behind the company is to make people direct finances in the right direction to help bring a positive change in lives and assist students find easier way rather the conventional methods. GreenNote had earlier raised $4.2 million from GlenBrook Partners and Menlo Ventures.
