Google waved goodbye to another one of its key execs, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy president of Asia Pacific and Latin America. Cassidy will be taking position as Accel Partners’ CEO in residence something the reports state is just the first step towards better things. Cassidy also mentioned that she was all ready to take the next step and look for better opportunities. Well we will have to see if this move proves as good and lasting as her stint at Google. The other reason which might be the most important for those at higher management is Google’s success as it doesn’t let top management people put their ideas to practice, experimentation and all. With this issue there, the only place these innovative managers find suitable is to become a part of another developing business’ team; aka the CEO.
