Google has collaborated with Apple to give Mac users a chance to use the Google Calendar and Apple’s iCal with ease. Calaboration, lets you sync Google Calendar with iCal. With the simple two-step process, you can access calendars and start adding reminders/events.
Previously CalDAV was used as an online calendar protocol to sync the services together, but it wasn’t user-friendly. Calaboration however has resolved this issue. One thing though, the iPhone issue still remains i.e. you cannot transfer new entries straight from the iPhone, rather you will need to plug in your phone to the computer in order to transfer.
