While Twitter has turned down Google’s bid to buy the micromessaging service including those from others. The Search giant is looking forward to integrate similar features in its search. The idea is to put out a micromessaging functionality within Google’s prime service, the Search and capitalize on the Twitter effect. Well it might not be able to acquire this, but if Eric Schmidt has uttered those words there is something brewing within the Google ranks. There isn’t much except the tip thrown at us by its CEO. But Marshal Kickpatrick has sketched a few scenarios that Google can work upon. I would gladly buy his idea of microblogging search; which will make it real time. And why not? Why should Google let search remain far from this when everyone is going real time one way or the other?
