Google is off with another one of its competition, this time it’s about designing bridges. The bridges have to be designed using Google Sketchup, Google’s service to help design 3D models. The competition is open to all and students have a bright chance to show their design expertise. All that has to be done is to register, create a model of a bridge (a local or any) using Sketchup. Once done, you can geo-refer it on Google Earth and upload it to Google 3D Warehouse. The deadline for submission is June 15.
