Google’s App Engine Team has released the latest Admin Console. The new console contains various improvements and is designed to give users a better view of the usage of their application resources. The application dashboard not only shows you the average amount of CPU used for every handler, but it also shows you the percentage of CPU usage for different applications.
Have a look at the following diagram of the console to understand it better.
Other than that, you can also find the information about the amount of CPU used for every request.
