Everyone out there on the web has a demand that Google must meet, be it trying to over come its biggest challenge; going real time, helping its HR dept. or bringing new features to Gmail, Calendar etc. Yesterday Google integrated its auto translate feature with Gmail, making communicating with speakers of other languages possible. You can simply enable message translation from Labs tab in the settings and with that you can instantly translate a mail in another language to the one you speak. A very useful tool to make sure everyone involved in the email conversation knows what the other is talking about.
