Google finally joins the list of companies who have laid off their employees. The search engine giant has announced that the company will layoff hundred employees and also close down a number of engineering offices in three countries including U.S., Norway and Sweden. The job cuts will be made from the recruiting department.
The external engineering offices of the company with teams in Austin, Texas; Trondheim, Norway and Lulea, Sweden will be shut down. 70 employees will be affected by it, but the good thing is that they have been offered an opportunity to relocate.
