Silicon Alley Insider is reporting that Google is looking to sub lease about 50,000 square feet of their huge office space in their NYC headquarters at 76 Ninth Ave./111 Eighth Ave for an asking price of $80/sq feet. However due the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers and all the financial meltdown happening around the area, you could expect to get it at a much cheaper tab.
