Google has a new graduate out of its testing grounds for Blogger. Google Gadgets is now enabled by default for all users. This allows for integration of iGoogle Gadgets into your sidebar with various options for easy tweaking. The Gadget Directory is also built into the Gadgets interface, which gives you one click access to thousands of cool gadgets.
The Gadgets can be accessed from the dashboard under the Layout | Gadgets tab. The Gadgets are the same ones that you’ve come across in iGoogle, there fore they have built in configuration. All gadgets are automatically resized to match the width of your layout’s sidebar so no messing around with coding or so on. There is a huge list of Gadgets in the Gadget Directory and you wont be disappointed with it. The list ranges from news updates and communications to finance and games. Overall, it resembles Windows Live Spaces some what, but the Gadget Directory is way Huge when compared to the number of modules that Windows Live Gallery provides for Windows Live Spaces.
