I’m confused. Can you get jail time for posting something offensive? Or is the jail time for the people who are teasing in the video? Either way, jail time seems extreme.

those were Italian lawyers who filed the case. in both cases it just shows they just don’t have anything better.

Perhaps it’s just a desperate attempt by some folks, to try to get some money from Google, by leaving them with fines, and letting them off with warnings. Or perhaps American Lawyers have nothing better to do??
