The Creative Commons founder and Stanford Law School professor, Lawrence Lessig ran into trouble as his site was eliminated by Google. His site got attacked by spammers who put some malicious code and Google on identifying it removed it from its listings. The infected pages have been removed and Lessig has requested Google to put the site back on, as reported.
So this means if Google finds ones site to be infected with malware, it will very gladly remove it. Earlier it used to give warnings (of site being infected) next to search results if a site was found to be infected. Lets see when is this issue resolved.
