Google has tried to fish Twitter, but Twitter has turned down all such thoughts about being acquired, not just by Google but by anyone else as well. However Google’s downtime today just had me thinking if the world’s top brand has been infected by the famous Twitter disease the fail whale, forget integrating its features for now. Reports had been coming throughout the day about numerous Google services being down which included Gmail (how can this be left behind), Google Reader and YouTube showing signs of infection as well. This problem has been confirmed by Google itself. but the reason for the downtimes has not yet been given.
