Google has released a Google Media Server for all Google-ies that will bridged a gap between your TV and Google.
Google media Server is a software in the form of gadgets that will turn your desktop PC in
to a mythic media devices that is used to send media files to other devices. The gadgets use Google Desktop technology and Google Desktop Search for administrative tools and to locate media files respectively. The software sends data to other devices via Universal-Plug-and Play connection(e.g. a PlayStation 3)
So, with a Google media server installed in a PC along with a UPnP-enabled device, users can:
