Google has made an update to its blog publishing platform, Blogger by putting its Custom Search Box out of beta. The gadget enables bloggers to perform searches across their posts, linked pages, etc. The feature had been running on Bloggers Draft platform, a place where Google tests out new features before putting them out. The Search Box is based on AJAX APIs and would be of great assistance to bloggers/readers to search across posts or other linked items, giving them a much enhanced search experience.
