Picasa is now available in 38 languages, with a new photo-collage feature as well as name tags on Picasa Web Albums. This was posted earlier by Jason Cook, Product Marketing Manager. All this is available in Picasa 3.1, you can download it or opt in to name tags to get to use these new features.
