Google is parting ways with Firefox, which for years remained Google’s proxy against Microsoft’s IE. Google has now added Chrome to Google Pack, a bundle of open source and google software that could be downloaded and installed for free. Although Firefox is still available it is not automatically checked. So if someone wants to have Firefox, he would have to check and download it explicitly, and we know that most people just go along with the default settings. This means that Firefox is actually out of the bundle for all means and purposes.
