Goodmail has closed its third round with $5 million in funding. The company enables consumers like Wal-Mart, Dell, etc to securely send billing and various other business information and has partnerships with ten major email providers in the United States. It boasts of handling more than 3 billion emails charging $2.50 per thousand.
