GoAdv is set to announce its acquisition of LeGuide, a shopping network having its network in around fourteen countries in Europe. The acquisition that is yet to be approved is worth €50 million and LeGuide will retain its staff and offices. I guess GoAdv sees some advantage in buying the shopping network given its wide reach all across Europe. GoAdv already has close to 13% hold of its share capital and 11% voting rights, the move will only expand its reach further to the roots of online shopping and marketing in the continent.
