There are a lot of sites out there which use trackers to monitor your online activities. Ghostery’s Firefox extension gives you the alert on which sites are using a tracker. The add-on works by remaining functional on your desktop’s status bar and gathers a list of trackers, from the sites you visit.

Ghostery 1.3.1 is spyware-free and has been approved by Softpedia. Currently the app is tracking 115 web bugs, ad networks and trackers.
