Saad Ali Abbasi

getsatisfaction_logo Get Satisfaction, a startup that’s popular for its consumer services announced today that it is adding a suite of premium services. This is aimed at companies to include single sign-on and commercial API access. There are two packages: Basic and Pro. Basic services cost from $120 to $149 a month (introductory price for today is $99 for three months). Yet the Pro package starts at $349. From this, one would benefit from having full editorial control over Get Satisfaction forums, prioritized topic handling, monitoring, and managing the activity of employees on the service. Along with features of advanced search, additional filtering, sorting mechanisms, as well as authority to moderate topics and remove inappropriate content. Get Satisfaction hosts about 7,000 companies already.
