Furl, a web page archiving service was brought by Diigo, a social bookmarking and annotation service. Diigo acquired Furl from LookSmart, search advertising network company. The acquisition makes sense as LookSmart was just having a completely unrelated business hung as its property and more importantly Diigo gets hands at something related to its business.
