Flixwagon, a mobile streaming service provider has came out of its beta phase with some interesting features. An Israel startup allows its users to broadcast live videos on web with their 3G or WiFi enabled mobile phones. The site was the first streaming service that announce support for the iPhones.
Broadcasters can now post to social services such as Twitter and YouTube and can narrow their video sharing by specifying certain groups only. You can also import contacts from different web services (such as Google and Yahoo). Flixwagon has included RSS feeds to facilitate broadcasters.
One of its excited Pre-Broadcasting feature is, users can now use Nokia Symbian Series 60 mobile browsers to register and download the client software. It has enabled new two way chat that allows users to comment back from their mobile devices. Broadcasters can also alter settings before broadcasting their video such as enhance video quality or can decrease the delay time. Videos can be digitally zoomed in and out and users can alter its titles during broadcasts.
The new features will be a great help in boosting the broadcasting process.
