flickr, the photo management site that lets you store and share photos, has released the new homepage. According to the flickr blog, the layout, design and some new features have popped up providing users a variety of options to explore in a better way.
They have also featured a screencast containing the introduction of the new homepage of the photo management site. the new changes allow users to have a much wider look at the things going around. You can check out the screencast here.
You can see features such as ‘Recent Activity’ and‘Recent Uploads’ in the ‘Your Photostream’ section of your homepage. The Recent Activity section contains your latest activity along with the comments. In Recent Uploads you can see five of your most recent uploads. You can also modify your Activity Settings such as you can choose which activity items you want to see such as comments, favourites, notes, tags and many more.
Another improvement allows you to see the most recent photos viewed by your group. On the right side of your homepage, you can see the latest post form the flickr blog.
