Tony Fadell, Apple’s SVP of the iPod division, who left the company yesterday will be serving Apple in an advisory role until March 24, 2010, according to Apple’s annual report for the fiscal year 2008. In his new role Fadell will serve as a special advisor to Jobs and will receive a salary of $300,000 annually, and will be entitled to bonus and other health and welfare benefits.
