Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg has come out answering those who have taken a hatred towards the new layout of Facebook in his blog post. Although the new design has been rolled out too almost all of the 100 million users, there is a larger group (with numbers around 7 million) that has joined various protest groups to voice their dissatisfaction over the new layout. There have also been demands to let users have the freedom to select whatever layout they are easy with instead of making the current one default. I personally found the new design way better than the old one!
Zuckerberg, who hasn’t really come out with writing blogs throughout Facebook’s life (around half a dozen articles or so); has always made an effort to write only in response to the massive unrest amidst users. I wonder how far does this go and how successful his effort to satisfy users is, but let’s just read a part of America’s 321st richest man:

Similarly, the new Facebook design replaces all the big boxes on profiles and brings all of your friends’ most recent and interesting activity to front and center.
