Gmail gets another update, this time coming from Xoopit as it brings it a new feature that enables users to set Facebook status and view photos while they read their mail. The feature bridges the gap between Gmail and Facebook as users can easily switch between the two. It simply adds Facebook features to those that it already had to offer in its toolbar. However my personal opinion would be that I don’t find it that exciting, I mean getting loads of updates in email sounds irritating, (I am using Klipfolio as a desktop client and it irritates the living wits out of me, I wouldn’t like status updates swarming in my inbox). But many would find it useful, throw in your views.
