Facebook continues to become more real time and more public as it begins tests to enable users share their status messages with the public. That depends whether you do want to do that or not and follows the recent update to its search. Utilizing the option is pretty easy, just enter your status, add a photo or a video and select whether you would like these to be shared only to your network of friends or be available to the public. Just look for the lock icon just beneath your status bar and you will be shown the options. The move is pretty useful and something that had to happen, I just hope this doesn’t open up Facebook to more phishing scams.
