The major issue with Facebook Chat is that you can only have conversations one on one. I miss out having the ability to group chat with my peers, especially when there is an important matter that needs to be discussed and having a separate client appears hectic. I guess that issue will be resolved to a certain extent thanks to Donut Chat’s application for Facebook that enables you to chat with your entire team. How?
Donut Chat works quite simply like any other chat service. You can either have a dedicated page at Donut Chat or to make it more convenient embed the same on your web page. Users, other than the administrator can log in with any of their social networking IDs to be a part of it. To begin with you will have to register yourself for a Donut Chat account and simply head over to the application link [here] . With that done you can add the application to any Facebook Page and the basic feature would provide you to enable 10 people chat simultaneously as well as share files around 10MB in size. Which sounds good enough for free. This is of course best for a very small organization where there isn’t a big need to have a room crowded by participants.
Other plans provided included $12 a month and as much as $99 a month. Other than that users are also provided additional features like enabling them to have the Chat available for their iPhone/iPod as well as higher security options.
