Rumors are coming in that eBay is more than eager to let go of Skype. I wonder how true they are but one thing is for sure; it’s going to draw in a lot of cash from anyone who buys it. eBay’s CEO, John Donahoe is pretty optimistic that Skype would do great even if it were without eBay. The rumor isn’t all new as Donahoe had previously talked of selling it off if it failed to integrate with PayPal. The sell-off definitely doesn’t mean that Skype is a burden on eBay and has seen rapid expansion, the only point could be to bag in maximum cash by selling it. We aren’t sure, anyone has a clue on it, feel free to leave comments.
