Totowa, New Jersey based business automation solutions provider Dydacomp, has acquired Kansas City based e-commerce solutions provider LaGarde (StoreFront.net). The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The current deal was assisted by the backer of Dydacomp, Milestone Partners. LaGarde had earlier raised $7.5 million in a round of funding from Shasta Ventures.
On the acquisition Dydacomp’s CEO, John V. Healy said:
