If one of my not-so-webby friends asks me to recommend a nice online image editor, I get confused. Not because I don’t know about such services online, but only for the reason that there are a countless I have to make a choice from. Well, let me inform them already that the next time I take added to time to come out with a name will be because there is another such service added to the list.
DrPic is another one of those image editing service on the web that let you tweak up your images in a browser, easily. It doesn’t offer hi-fi editing features but you can’t really compare a free service’s features with those of Photo Shop or other desktop based software.

There is no need to download any software or registering. Simply upload an image from your phone or the computer and tune it up with effects; including adding frames, applying grayscales etc. Users can also add text boxes to the images, ring any bells? A web based, advanced version of MS Paint. Whatever it one calls it; DrPic has quite a lot for those who just want to play around with images.
Once the users are done with editing, they can save the edited image on their file or on the Web and like Paint, lets you specify the format (PNG, JPG, etc).
Many would find it to be no different from the countless already present and it isn’t. But as I said, it’s always good to have choices for whatever you are looking out for. On personal note, II found it pretty fast to work around with.
