File hosting and sharing service Drop.io has given its homepage a new look. The redesigned homepage looks better and is more attractive than the previous one. Though the features of the site are almost the same but with the help of the new reorganized dashboard the service is about a thousand times more customizable and useful. The service has earlier launched geo-location and API. The API lets developers build their own file transfer app.

Plus the presentation can be given to multiple users at the same time, making it quite an effective tool and requires no downloads. The app automatically detects everything that you (a presenter) does on the computer and it is visible to all those who are a part of that presentation. Meaning that if I am listening to music, watching photos or viewing a slideshow, each of the users logged in can see the same and become a part of conversation using integrated chat.
