Digital Railroad (DRR) went offline recently, as its failed to generate revenues and ran out of cash. Now the online photo marketplace is reviewing a buy-out offer to go back up. The site failed to restore order in its money-matters even after laying off staff, resulting in offering its users just 3 days to retrieve their photographs before servers were shut down. The New York-based company’s administrator: Diablo Management said that it had a letter of intent to buy the site’s hardware and software, while also restoring the serving and making the photos accessible again. Lets see when that happens, as talks are still underway.
