Dell has partnered with Vodafone to sell a free Mini 9 Netbook on a $70 contract for 24 months in Australia. Added in the deal is a 5GB mobile data per month which will probably be announced by next week and hopefully be available in December. Yesterday Dell announced its partnership with AT&T to offer Mini 9 Netbook in the US.
