Text2Mindmap is a web application that creates mind map with the help of text.

It accepts a structured list of words/sentences, analyse it and then converts it into mind map.

The indentation option lets you define the syntax of the text. The left most indented text will be the centre of the mind map. The right indented text automatically branches from the centre of mind map.

The Beta version provides a few other options like changing the screen and font size, colour of the text (including lines) and the option to lock the graph.

Once you have created the map, you can download it.

As the application is in its initial stages, they are focusing on user feedbacks/suggestions to improve their application. Their next stop would be providing an option that will allow users to download created mind maps in the form of flash file.

This application is good but it might not prove beneficial to the company, as there are already applications like this in the market. They can improve if they add more applications like UML modelling, ERD application, System Analysis & Design (for context diagram or advanced) and so on.
