cw toplogo ContextWeb raises $26 million for its online ads ContextWeb a leading company at providing high-precision, real time contextual ad solutions and operator of ADSDAQ has closed its Series D round of funding at $26 million as reported. The round was led by Investor growth Capital along with participation from existing investors namely; Draper Fisher Jurvetson, DFJ Gotham Ventures, Updata Partners, DFJ New England and Gold Hill Capital. This current raise takes the over all funding of the company to $54 million.

CEO of ContextWeb, Anand Subramanian commented:

We had tremendous interest in the company and received numerous good financing proposals, We chose Investor Growth Capital as our partners to lead the round for their market expertise, track record in creating sector leading companies and ability to help us expand in markets outside North America, especially in Europe.

Noah Walley, Managing Director of Investor Growth Capital was pretty optimistic about is partnership with ContextWeb saying that it provided a unique and scalable technology to bring vast improvements to the web based ads. He added:
