I use Google Calendar all the time and it is really easy but many of us always need a bit more which is what Google always keeps in mind. Earlier today it tested out another feature which will make it easier for users to schedule tasks much more easily. This would help them see that if any of the events they schedule for the future doesn’t conflict with the schedule of the friends you are planning to invite. The feature is called Sneak Preview and once enabled, will show you the schedules of people you plan to invite next to the details on your event. This would of course be possible only if the people you invite have been open enough to let you see their schedules. This is really helpful as it would help remove all confusion associated to having conflicting schedules so that you plan it for the best possible time.
