Alpharetta, Ga. based SaaS enterprise compliance solutions provider Compliance 360, has acquired Tavilo. The later is a technology provider which lets the third party data to be mined, examined and analyzed. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Compliance 360 has earlier raised $4.25 million.

According to the president and CEO of Tavilo, Mike Gilbert:
