Ever wanted to chat via your avatars within your virtual world’s? Well today Club Cooee, a German startup has launched its 3D instant messaging service in private beta, enabling users of 3D virtual worlds such as Second Life to converse in chat bubbles using their 3D avatars and send pictures and files to each other. (Wow now that’s really cool!!)

The application has a fantastic UI giving you familiar options to converse either in groups or individually with your buddies. Private chats are uniquely designed to look like virtual restaurants and meeting places.

The 3D messenger enables you to purchase virtual goods such as clothes, apartments and even food items thus enabling ClubCooee to monetize their unique idea.

The application is currently available for Windows platform only and will be available for MAC users soon.
